Returns and exchanges

We appreciate that buying online is not the same as buying in a shop, for example, you can’t try on clothes when buying online, feel the fabric or see the true colours of the clothing.  For this reason, we accept that on occasions you may wish to return items that don’t quite match your expectations.

We have tried to make sizing clearer to you by providing size tables for each garment of clothing, so please take the time to read our measurements and check your measurements before ordering.  It is also worth noting that our clothing is made in Asian sizes which tend to be smaller than UK and European sizes.  For example, a size small in the UK is approximately a size 10-12 but in Asian sizes a small is more like an 8-10.  This can vary from garment to garment so please check carefully.  You can always contact us if you are unsure before purchasing by email or phone.

In the event that you wish to return an item to us, please note the following:

  • You must tell us in writing by email within 7 days from receiving your order that you wish to return the goods
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you want to return the goods
  • Goods must be returned in new condition with original tags and product packaging intact
  • Clothing and footwear must have no visible signs of wear, damage, laundering, perfumes or any other signs of use
  • We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear and tights due to hygiene reasons.
  • If free postage was obligable on multiple item orders and you no longer qualify this will be deducted from refund at a £3.95 standard rate. 

 

Please ensure that when you try items on you are not wearing any perfumes or deodorants that may leave a mark or scent on products.  Shoes and boots must come in their original box (if supplied) with tissue and packaging intact.

Please ensure that when you try your item on you do not remove tags and labels as this will invalidate our returns policy.  We do inspect all returned goods and if they are not returned to us in a new, saleable condition the refund will be declined and the goods may be returned to you. 

We give everyone the chance to try on the items to see if they fit and/or suit you and think 14 days is ample time in which to do so. The policy above must be adhered to. 

Refunds for the cost of the goods will be processed within 14 days when we have received the goods from you if the above conditions have been met otherwise we will notify you in writing.  The cost of posting the items back to us will not be refunded.

Your rights

Under the UK distance selling regulations you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund once you return the entire order to us at your cost, if you have already received it or we have shipped it to you.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty you have 30 days to return the goods from the date of receipt. You are entitled to a replacement product, a product of equal value, a repair or a refund. You will be refunded the postage if returning a faulty/damaged product. Please make sure you contact us within the 30 day period. 

We personally check items before they leave Cutesykink dispatch, additional to manufacturers checks to try to prevent unhappy customers. 

Posting items back to us

When returning goods to us please include inside your parcel your original receipt from us or a note of your order number so we can easily trace your details. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return goods to us.  Cutesykink Limited does not hold any responsibility or liability for returns that are lost in the post.  Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of you, the customer, except where goods are faulty.
