Every order is very important to us and we endeavour to ship most items within 24 hours of receiving your payment Monday - Friday only. Allowances should be made for orders placed at weekends, Bank Holidays and national holidays (we only dispatch Monday-Friday).
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order including your postcode. Our system will copy the address that you have given us in the checkout page and that is the address your order will be sent to. If your address is incorrect then your item will be mis-delivered or returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post because you entered your address incorrectly. If you spot an error after placing your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before it is dispatched.
If we do not have an item in stock you will be informed on your dispatch note that the item is no longer available and a refund will be issued. Our website is updated daily and we try our up most to keep stock control up to date.
Discreet packing: We can send out in plain packing not our usual pink spotty bags and stickers, if item is a gift etc. Please add any details required for this in the notes box at checkout ^_^
Awaiting payment: Payment has yet to be cleared through card provider or Paypal.
Awaiting fulfillment: Your order has been successfully paid for and awaiting final stock checks.
Awaiting shipment: We are preparing your order to be shipped.
Completed: Your order has been packed and awaiting collection from Royal Mail or courier (depending on size or weight). We have collections for overseas post once or twice a week only. (All outside UK orders). Royal Mail collections for UK post are once a day, Monday to Friday only.
Shipped: Order has been dispatched and now with delivery company. If insured or tracked mail has been chosen, tracking number will be available if you log on to your account.
Cancelled/declined: If your card, for security reasons etc, has been declined your order will be marked as cancelled or declined and not shipped.
Free UK delivery
If you qualify for free delivery the service used is the standard delivery method which is normally up to 8 working days from dispatch. Please you the online tracking service at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. Items will be sent by Royal Mail business post 48 with tracking.
Economy UK delivery
We are a UK based company, all orders are dispatched from the UK from our shop and warehouse in Portchester, Hampshire. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked for all of our standard and free shipping methods listed below for deliveries within the UK. We also offer an express service by Royal Mail (tracked 24) for urgent orders and for some smaller items that are considered at letter rate and we offer collect from our shop. Express UK delivery
For items that are required urgently for that special event or gift we do offer a faster service. Our standard fixed charge for express delivery is £6.00 and will be sent by Royal Mail business 24 (1-2 working days). We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Friday only. All orders must be received by 12 noon to be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day. Please allow for weekends, Bank Holidays and national holidays. This service is only available Monday-Thursday because Royal Mail will not guarantee weekend delivery.
We ship to most international countries and all orders are dispatched within 3 days of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and is determined by the weight and size of your order. We ship international orders by Royal Mail small packet: to Europe this typically take 5-10 working days and the rest of the world 10-15 working days. Be aware that delays can occur with your countries Customs and Excise and these delays are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched.
We do however, offer insurance on overseas orders for an additional fixed rate of £5.30. We cannot emphasise enough to protect your order going missing or getting damaged, this option should be used. Without insurance purchased we cannot accept any responsibility for your item going astray or being damaged whilst in transit.
If your order weighs more than 2kg we may often send your items in multiple parcels. You will be informed on dispatch if this is the case.
If you are ordering from outside of the European Union your country may impose additional import duty and taxes on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will need to be paid before goods are delivered to you.
